Hello I am Elaine. I am passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities through Yoga, Pilates and nutrition. I have worked with a wide range of clients from parents and babies, schools, football teams and even chair based exercise. I firmly believes that we can all do something no matter how small to improve our mobility, help recover from illness and promote physical and mental well-being in a sustainable way.

It is all about making the small exchanges to gain big changes.
